Qualifications

• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
• Prior experience with children in a school setting required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; EEC certification preferred.
• Class D Driver's License with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitation and planning of the 9-12 CTE Early Education and Care curriculum.
• Assist in implementing IEP, 504, and multilingual plans for students.
• Support experiential learning activities: practicums, field trips, guest speakers, job shadow days, mock interviews, internships.
• Drive students to and from work-based learning opportunities (12-person van).
• Monitor student career plans and employability skills.
• Address student behavior and encourage classroom engagement.
• Collaborate with staff as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
