Job summary

Northwestern University is seeking a Team Leader/Research Analytics to manage the EDW research analytics efforts. This role oversees architecture and analytics staff, ensuring scalable data models and reliable ETL processes across a centralized data warehouse containing millions of clinical and operational records.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of senior experience in data warehousing, healthcare data, and research, with possible off-hours work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with 5–7 years in a senior database analyst or architect role.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data warehousing or hands-on data analysis.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare delivery and research.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of the EDW research analytics initiative.
Supervise architects and data analysts and oversee EDW recharge operations.
Develop and maintain enterprise data models and ETL processes.
