Job summary

Northwestern University in Evanston, IL seeks a Team Leader/Research Analytics to manage the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) research efforts. You will supervise architects and data analysts, oversee recharge operations, and guide data architectures for clinical, financial, and regulatory data.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of data warehousing and healthcare experience, with potential off-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with several years in senior data roles.
• 5+ years in data warehousing and healthcare delivery/research.
• Experience with large relational databases (>10 TB).

Responsibilities

• Provide staff development, mentoring, and coaching for EDW team.
• Design and maintain enterprise data models and ETL processes for the EDW.
• Oversee quality assurance and system enhancements for reliability and performance.
• Lead software development for EDW, including budgeting and resource planning.
• Engage with departments to present EDW services and prepare documentation.
