Job summary

Edpuzzle is seeking a Teacher Training & Community Associate to deliver high-quality customer and pre-sales training across the UK & Ireland, while growing Edpuzzle's educator community. The role blends in-person and online training with community engagement through social media, events, webinars, conferences, and ambassador programmes.

The successful candidate will be a confident presenter, relationship builder, and community champion with an established professional social media presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of classroom teaching experience in the UK or Ireland.
• Experience delivering training, workshops or webinars to teachers or other adults.
• Confident presenter with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build relationships with educators and partners.
• Organised and able to manage travel and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales training for school trials in collaboration with Inside Sales.
• Train customers and support onboarding and adoption with School Success team.
• Travel regularly across the UK & Ireland for in-person training (10-12 visits per month).
• Deliver online training sessions, webinars, and bootcamps for customers and prospects.
• Create, organise and share engaging social media content and updates.
• Build Edpuzzle Champion and Ambassador communities across the region.
• Organise local Lunch & Learn events to engage educators.
• Support conference strategy, including planning presence and speaker coordination.
• Build strong relationships with educators, school leaders and partners.
• Track feedback and educator insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
