Wilson Language Training Corporation is seeking a Market Development Consultant (Contract) to help gather educator insights during a new product launch in the United States. You will connect Product and Product Marketing with educators, recruit study participants, and help plan a customer summit to capture feedback that shapes positioning and go-to-market efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
• Experience in K–12 education market favored; educator relationships a plus.
• Experience recruiting participants for research studies, pilots, or beta programs.
• Experience planning and running surveys and focus groups.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit customers to take part in product feedback opportunities, including product testing, content reviews, and feedback sessions on product vision and rationale.
• Manage participant outreach, scheduling, communications, and follow-up to keep engagement strong throughout each feedback activity.
• Recruit attendees for a customer summit and support its planning and execution, including capturing feedback on the product and how we position it in the market.
• Support market research, including surveys and focus groups, that informs how we position and message the product.
• Analyze feedback and research results with the Product and Product Marketing teams to identify key trends, gaps, and areas that need more input.
• Turn findings into clear summaries and recommendations that support product development and go-to-market planning.
• Keep organized records of participants, activities, and feedback across projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on recruiting needs and timelines.
• Deliver against agreed timelines and report status regularly to the Director of Product Marketing.
