Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Insurance Producer to serve educators, offering uncapped earnings, a professional training program, and tailored insurance and financial solutions for educators and their families. This role reports to the Regional Field Leader (Agency Consultant) and focuses on building relationships within the educator community.

Responsibilities include presenting information, attending events, and leveraging existing books of business to grow your practice

• Be dedicated to solving the financial challenges educators face.
• Be comfortable presenting information to potential customers one-on-one and in large groups.
• Attend networking, community, sales, and industry events.
• Excel at gaining market access and building relationships.
• Be willing to invest time and resources to ensure business success.
• Ability to obtain resident General Lines - Life and Health license and Property and Casualty license.
