Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Insurance Producer to advise educators on financial goals and provide multi-line insurance solutions. You’ll receive mentorship, industry training, and a structured incentive program with commissions and performance bonuses in a hands-on, field-based role.

In this in-person role, you will leverage an established book of business while building your own client base, with opportunities for travel to events and ongoing support from a mentorship agent

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain or currently hold Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
