The role offers an uncapped commission structure, monthly/quarterly incentives, and a one‑stop product portfolio designed for educators. License attainment and active engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Must obtain or hold Life & Health licenses.
• Must obtain or hold Property & Casualty licenses.
• Ability to manage own business and client base.
