Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools seeks passionate teachers to join NYC’s high-performing K-12 network. You will receive extensive training and work with students from low-income neighborhoods to develop critical thinking and a growth mindset.

You will help implement a rigorous curriculum, engage families, and collaborate with a team to drive student growth, with opportunities for leadership and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before your first day of work.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (e.g., biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach in New York City’s top-performing network of K-12 charter schools.
• Participate in professional development and leadership pathways.
• Engage families and students to support rigorous, whole-child education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans and assess student growth.
