Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e., biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach and prepare children from low-income neighborhoods.
• Use a proven curriculum provided by Success Academy.
• Engage in professional development opportunities.
• Assess and analyze student data to tailor teaching methods.
