You will work with students from low-income neighborhoods to help them become confident thinkers and leaders, using our proven curriculum and extensive training. Min qualifications include a bachelor’s degree before your first day and the ability to work in person in New York City.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach in New York City's top-performing network of K-12 charter schools.
• Join a team of professionals committed to teaching and preparing children from low-income neighborhoods to be self-assured thinkers and leaders.
• Provide extensive training and use a proven curriculum so you can focus on working with your students.
