No teaching certification or master’s degree required initially; extensive training and growth opportunities exist, with strong potential for leadership roles and annual pay progression.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach in New York City’s top-performing network of K-12 charter schools.
• Engage with students to foster critical thinking and collaboration.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership pathways.
