Job summary

RDAI Labs is seeking a Customer Experience & Product Success Lead to own educator and district user experience for Ethos Intelligence from onboarding through ongoing support.

The role focuses on onboarding enablement, product feedback management, and not a call center, with potential to scale across additional districts as Ethos Intelligence expands.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to ensure usable, trusted AI tools in education and drive metrics for adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years in customer success, product support, EdTech or SaaS.
• Strong written communication for non-technical users.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and help desk tools.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and post-sale success for Ethos Intelligence.
• Guide district leaders, teachers, and admins through onboarding and early adoption.
• Create and maintain documentation and self-help resources.
• Translate user feedback into actionable insights for product teams.
