The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth seeks an Educator to provide academic instruction and socioemotional support to at‑risk youth in an open, small classroom setting for grades 7–12, collaborating with educators, counselors and social workers to foster growth.
This full‑time position in Exton, PA requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Education; prior teaching experience with youth is valued, and there is a strong emphasis on authentic, empathetic instruction and teamwork.

The Lincoln Center (TLC), established in 1970 by a behavioral health hospital and incorporated in 1983 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is an entrepreneurial social enterprise dedicated to transforming lives and communities—one moment, one choice, one connection at a time. Headquartered in Pennsylvania, TLC operates across multiple states, delivering K-12 alternative education, comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, coaching, counseling, and trauma-informed training. TLC also partners with school districts, universities, hospitals, police departments, and other nonprofit organizations, providing consultation to secure federal and state grant funding
The Teacher provides academic instruction and socioemotional support to at-risk youth, grades 7-12, in an alternative school setting. In an open, small classroom environment, the Teacher must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in serving the individualized instructional needs of the students assigned to the class. The Teacher must be able to work in a team environment with other educators, special education staff, counselors, and social workers. The Teacher should possess a high degree of authenticity, kindness, and empathy while effectively maintaining a classroom atmosphere conducive to academic and socioemotional growth.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, 43-week position
