Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is seeking a part-time School-Based Counselor to provide mental health support and case management in the Boyertown School District. This 20-hour-per-week, 43-week position focuses on trauma-informed care and collaboration with families and school staff.

Responsibilities include identifying students in need, delivering individual, group, and family counseling, and coordinating resources to support student success.

Qualifications
