Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, special education, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
• May also consider an associate’s degree in relevant fields with significant experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development and revision of behavioral plans and IEP goals.
• Implements therapeutic interventions per behavior plan and crisis plans.
• Provides academic support and leads small group instruction.
• Works one-on-one with students as needed.
• Maintains progress monitoring documentation.
• Participates in PBIS and Recovery/Resiliency initiatives.
• Attends student meetings as deemed relevant by supervisor.
