Job summary

Cabarrus County School District is seeking an Instructional Technology Facilitator (Secondary) to lead digital learning initiatives in a secondary setting. The role aligns technology integration with ISTE standards and NC digital learning plans to improve instruction and student achievement.

The ITF will design and deliver professional development, coach educators, and support the district’s strategic and school improvement plans while promoting equitable access to technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency with ISTE Standards, NC Digital Learning Plan, and digital tools for learning.
• Ability to lead and coach adult learners; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital learning initiatives aligned with ISTE and NC standards.
• Design and facilitate professional learning for educators to integrate technology.
• Develop and evaluate technology-enriched learning experiences in line with state standards.
• Oversee selection and use of educational technology tools to ensure equitable access.
• Use data from district tools to guide instructional technology decisions and monitor progress.
