Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Certificate/Diploma in computer science or related field.
• 1–3 years in Desktop Support, AV Support, or related field.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MAC OS, and Adobe Flash Media Live.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to staff and students.
• Install, support, and repair College computers and AV equipment.
• Communicate effectively with end users to resolve issues.
• Travel to on-campus and off-campus facilities for installs and maintenance.
• Document issues and resolutions; assist with training and self-service guidance.
• Set up and teardown AV for college events.
