Westfield Public Schools seeks qualified applicants for an Educational Team Leader for 504 Plans for the 7-12 level for the 25-26 School Year:

JOB SUMMARY:

• Chair 504 team meetings in assigned buildings.


• Facilitate the development of 504 Plans.

Salary and terms of employment will be commensurate with the Westfield Public Schools Unit A contract. Salary placement will be based on the information contained in the application as submitted.

Performance on this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Westfield School Committee policy on evaluation.

This position contingent upon grant funding.

• ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  Work is generally conducted within school building. Expectation for in person teaching. Ability to travel throughout the school building is necessary. Position involves sitting and the ability to travel from one place to another within the classroom. Work is light in nature with regular lifting of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds with some pulling and pushing or reaching above, generally of desk and file drawers. Frequent use of hands to operate keyboards and telephones and other office equipment. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
