Strategies for Learning, Inc. is seeking experienced Educational Specialists to provide individualized learning support to students with learning differences at our Oakland clinic or on school sites.

Strategies for Learning is seeking experienced Educational Specialists to provide individualized learning support to students with learning differences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic remediation using evidence-based strategies
• Individualize instruction based on student strengths and needs
• Build strong, professional relationships with students and parents
• Communicate progress and collaborate with the Strategies for Learning team

Key Availability

• Ability to work in person at our Oakland learning clinic or on school sites
• Availability of min 4 hours/week (up to 15 hrs/week)
• Commitment of at least one full school year, ideally more

Compensation

• $65/hour to start with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on experience, performance, and longevity
