Soliant is seeking a dedicated sign language interpreter to support students across several school sites near Eugene, Oregon, on a full-year contract from August 24, 2026, through June 15, 2027.

You will provide 1:1 or small-group interpretation, collaborate with Deaf and Hard of Hearing specialists and classroom staff, travel between the assigned locations, and maintain professional documentation and student learning goals.

Qualifications

  • Completion of interpreter training and licensure/certifications required for school-based interpreting
  • Oregon licensure and certifications for school-based interpreting required
  • Experience with school-aged students, ideally in 1:1 or small group settings
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of educational interpreting standards
  • Professional references may be requested prior to interview
  • On-site only; no virtual assignments

Job description

Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting students as a sign language interpreter in the educational sector near Eugene, OR. This full-time assignment spans the academic year from August 24, 2026, through June 15, 2027, working within a dedicated team that includes Deaf and Hard of Hearing professionals and classroom staff. Key Qualifications
