Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is hiring to manage academic programs at the Hawaii Job Corps Center in Makawao, HI. You will oversee the development and monitoring of curricula, ensure compliance with government directives, and support student success.

The requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, at least three years of experience with two in supervision, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience, two in supervisory capacity.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor departmental budget and control expenditure, review and recommend changes to budget authorization.
• Maintain an effective team approach between academic programs for new students and staff.
• Preparer reports for area of responsibility.
• Direct program changes evaluate and develop curricula, instructional materials, methods and techniques.
• Coordinate and provide oversight of the CTST program and CTST plan development, monitor CTST projects.
