Qualifikationen

• State of Maine Educational Technician I, II or III Certification
• State of Maine Department of Education Background Check (CHRC)
• Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) Certification or ability to obtain
• Mandt training or ability to obtain
• Strong behavioral management skills and ability to follow SBSPs
• Demonstrated record keeping skills
• Proven ability to function as a team member
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs.

Aufgaben

• Modify curriculum and instructional activities as directed by supervising teachers.
• Support students in learning activities, both academic and behavioral.
• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and field trips.
• Provide assistance to individual students to enable full participation.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Participate in staff development opportunities.
