Qualifications

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification.
• Experience with school-based assessment and diagnosis.
• Solid knowledge of federal and state special education regulations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to develop and implement IEPs.
• Conduct assessments using standardized tools and observation techniques.
• Document evaluation results, findings, and recommendations.
• Offer ongoing consultative support to instructional staff regarding academic and behavioral interventions.
• Support compliance with special education timelines and documentation requirements.
• Maintain an appropriate caseload and provide timely services.
