Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to support K-12 students in a Manor, TX area school. You will evaluate student needs, interpret assessments, and contribute to tailored IEPs in collaboration with teachers, families, and specialists.

The contract runs August 2026 through May 2027 with weekly pay, comprehensive insurance options, and a 401(k) match to support your professional and financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Texas Educational Diagnostician certification is required.
• Strong background in educational assessment and diagnostics.
• Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations.
• Excellent communication skills for consultation with staff and families.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with state and federal special education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations for students across K-12.
• Interpret test results and prepare clear, actionable evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Participate in ARD meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Provide ongoing support, consultation, and training to school staff regarding educational best practices.
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all assessments and services.
