We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Education Consultant to guide students through the university planning and application process for top institutions in the United States and the United Kingdom.

The ideal candidate has studied in the U.S., is fluent in English, and possesses a deep understanding of admissions strategy, application writing, and system navigation (e.g., Common App, UC App, UCAS).

As a consultant, you will serve as both an advisor and mentor—helping students plan their academic paths, extracurricular involvement, and application materials that best showcase their potential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one admissions planning and guidance to students applying to U.S. and U.K. universities.

Design personalized application strategies based on academic and extracurricular profiles.

Assist students with completing applications through platforms such as Common App, UC Application, and UCAS.

Track application timelines and ensure timely submission of all required materials.

Offer detailed feedback on essays, honors lists, and activity descriptions.

Communicate clearly and professionally in fluent English with both students and families.

Stay updated on global admissions trends, deadlines, and policy changes.

Accommodate flexible scheduling across international time zones as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a U.S. university .

Direct experience with the U.S. university application process; familiarity with U.K. applications is a plus.

Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.

Strong understanding of application platforms (Common App, Coalition, UCAS, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a study abroad consultant, admissions advisor, or education counselor.

Knowledge of post-admission processes, such as visa applications and enrollment preparation.

Background in international education, counseling, or related fields.
