You will mentor Center Directors, Managers, and Early Learning Specialists, guiding them to achieve excellence in program delivery.

The role emphasizes data-informed coaching, systemwide monitoring, and collaboration across teams to improve outcomes for children and families. Local travel and some evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Minimum of one year of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in a Head Start program required.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and coaching center leadership.
• Supervises all teaching staff and manages scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with Head Start standards and licensing requirements.
• Provides ongoing coaching and data monitoring for program quality.
