Job summary

Acelero Learning, Inc. is seeking an Educational Coach Specialist to support the education team, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal licensing, and drive excellence across Head Start programs.

You will work with Center Directors, Center Managers, and Early Learning Specialists to implement our methodologies and reporting system. The role emphasizes coaching, program-wide collaboration, and data-informed practices, with duties including supervision, onboarding, and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Infant/Toddler education/training for Early Head Start preferred.
• Minimum of one year of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in a Head Start program required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all teaching staff during center leadership periods.
• Onboard and coach center leadership and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching to staff and manage data entry and reporting.
• Represent the team at meetings, trainings, and program-wide events.
• Ensure health, safety, and Head Start Performance Standards compliance.
