Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, ID, seeks an Educational Clerkship Coordinator to support the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) Regional Assistant Dean on site at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.

You will manage clinical student placements for 3rd/4th year medical students, coordinate rotations, monitor student and preceptor progress, and ensure regulatory standards are met, as part of the GME team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of Medical Office experience in healthcare preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office.
• Must have active driving privileges and be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Regional Assistant Dean at ICOM.
• Coordinate logistics for didactic programs and conferences.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain paperwork and records for students and preceptors.
• Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
