Job summary

Edina Public Schools is seeking an Educational Associate Testing Center at Edina High School to support testing accommodations and ensure a smooth testing process for students.

Under the supervision of the building principal, you will administer tests, maintain security, organize materials, and collaborate with teachers to ensure timely reporting and compliance with district policies.

Educational Associate Special Education - Testing Center

Location: Edina High School | Status: Non Exempt | Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Full Time

Position Summary

With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values, and under the supervision of the building principal, the Educational Associate Testing Center, helps oversee the testing center location and process where students receive testing accommodations. This position helps ensure students in the testing center receive the support and accommodation they need to successfully complete their assigned tests.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: The wage for this position ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $23.00 per hour. However, candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $23.70 per hour. For those with direct experience in this specific role, the starting rate may exceed $23.70 per hour, depending on their qualifications and experience. These decisions will be made on a case‑by‑case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
