Edina Public Schools is seeking an Instructional Assistant to support teachers in general classroom activities at Creek Valley Elementary School. The role is non-exempt and part time, with a 20-hour-per-week schedule, Monday through Friday during the 9-month school year.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: The wage for this position ranges from $21.84 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $21.84 per hour. However, candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $22.57 per hour. For those with direct experience in this specific role, the starting rate may exceed $22.57 per hour, depending on their qualifications and experience. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
