Fairfield City School District is seeking an Educational Assistant (full-time) for Fairfield High School. The role supports students with special needs, assists in general education settings, and follows an IEP under the supervision of the special education teacher.

The position offers a daytime schedule with summers and holidays off, and starts at an hourly rate of $17.37 or higher, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability and vision insurance, and retirement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Apply for and maintain an Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce (ODEW). The HR office can assist you with the short application process.

General Description

One positions available - 7 hours per day.

Pay & Benefits

Beginning hourly rate: $17.37/hour and up, commensurate with related experience.
