Educational Assistant (full-time) – Creekside Middle

General Description

Under the direction of the special education teacher or designee, this person assists in the supervision, care and instruction of students in grades 6-8 on an Individual Education Program (IEP). Accompanies students with disabilities into general education settings and/or resource room settings and assists with tasks.

Positions available: 6.5 hours per day.

Pay & Benefits

Beginning hourly rate: $16.99/hour and up, commensurate with related experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Apply for and maintain a valid Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE). The HR office can assist you with the short application process.
