Job summary

Amergis is looking for a Level 3 Educational Assistant to support students with special needs in a healthcare setting. The School Aide will work under the supervision of the special education department, providing educational and behavioral assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with students requiring instructional and/or behavioral assistance.
• Provide support for personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs.
