Job summary

In short, our Educational Aide will help children feel safe, supported and encouraged as they learn, play and grow.Summary and ResponsibilitiesHelping children discover new interests in their daily environment!Developing and encouraging age-appropriate learning and socialization to ensure children learn basic skills and concepts, such as communication, manners and sharing.Keeping daily records related to the care of each child.Providing direct, effective and interactive supervision of children in classrooms, on field trips and during outdoor activities.Supporting lead educators and classroom staff in facilitating hands-on activities and daily routines.Promoting self-help skills and independence in children.Communicating professionally with parents and caregivers during drop-off, pick-up and daily updates.Interacting respectfully with children, parents, caregivers and team members.Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role?
