Job summary

Title Resources Group is seeking an Education & Training Specialist for a Hybrid role in the US. You will research, develop, and present marketing courses for title insurance and real estate professionals via online platforms and in-person training.

The role supports the sales and marketing teams in growing the business through training and education. The position requires 1–2+ years of industry experience, strong public speaking and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience, preferably in the title insurance or real estate industry.
• Extensive knowledge of social media, real estate technology and marketing.
• Strong public speaking and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop course material for Title and Real Estate professionals on social media, real estate technology and marketing.
• Research topics related to social media and marketing in the title/real estate industry.
• Present continuing education courses online and in-person.
• Assess learning needs and implement suitable learning solutions.
• Determine learning methodologies to meet business needs.
• Measure training effectiveness across channels.
• Evaluate programs and materials for improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders and decision makers to tailor learning solutions.
• Manage classes with diverse attendee levels and needs.
• Assist instructors and sales staff in curriculum development.
• Train instructors on new topics and trends.
• Track and report attendee information.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, agency and underwriting teams.

Education and Training Specialist - Hybrid

This individual will contribute to the Education and Training Department at Title Resources Group by researching, developing and presenting marketing courses for title insurance and real estate professionals via online platforms and in-person training. This position will assist the sales team and marketing team in growing business for Title Resources Group on behalf of training and education.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate creativity to design and develop course material geared towards Title and Real Estate professionals on topics related to social media, real estate technology and marketing.
• Research various topics related to social media and marketing in the title and real estate industry.
• Able to present continuing education courses via online platforms and in-person.
• Conduct learning needs assessment with appropriate clients to determine possible learning solutions and implement decisions.
• Determine the best learning methodologies to meet the needs of the business.
• Measure the success of training initiatives through various channels.
• Regularly evaluate programs, materials and learning solutions to identify improvement opportunities and implement.
• Collaborate with leaders and decision-makers of the target training audiences to ensure that learning solutions meet the needs.
• Manage classes with attendees of diverse levels of competencies and varying educational needs.
• Assist other instructors and sales staff in the research and development of curriculum.
• Train other instructors on new topics and trends.
• Track and report attendee information.
• Collaborate with other business units and team players within the organization, such as sales and marketing, agency, and underwriting departments.

Required skills:

• 1-2+ years of experience, preferably in the title insurance industry and/or real estate industry.
• Extensive knowledge of social media, real estate technology and marketing.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills (written and oral).
• Microsoft Office Suite with a heavy focus on PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize and maximize time management.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• The new hire is required to travel to offices in the Dallas Ft. Worth area frequently and sometimes to offices outside of that area.
