This position serves as the chief advocate and spokesperson for training and professional development functions. This position also has oversight of the Emergency Disaster Response Training Plan. The position spends most of the time communicating, motivating, training, and evaluating the agency’s training unit. The ideal candidate must have experience in developing and presenting training material.
