Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages education and training user accounts in systems such as Talent Management System (TMS).
• Troubleshoots and provides user support with passwords, logon, and account unlocks.
• Delivers training using one-to-one and group settings.
• Prepares, maintains, and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports on budget and activity.
