Job summary

Dream Opportunity is seeking a School Implementation & Education Specialist to work directly with students, educators, and partner schools to introduce our college and career exploration platform.

This role is highly school-facing and student-facing, coordinating structured sessions, observing engagement, and helping teachers incorporate the platform into programming across in-person and virtual formats.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of our college and career exploration platform at partner schools.
• Facilitate engaging sessions with high school students.
• Guide students through structured career and college exploration activities.
• Help students navigate and use the platform successfully.
• Train teachers, counselors, administrators, and school staff on how to use the platform.
• Help educators incorporate the platform into existing college and career readiness programs.
• Observe student engagement and identify areas of confusion or disengagement.
• Gather structured feedback from students and educators.
• Communicate observations and feedback to product and education teams.
• Support both in-person and virtual school programming.
• Build positive relationships with students, educators, counselors, and school administrators.
• Ensure every school receives a consistent, engaging, high-quality experience.
