Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual recruitment events.
• Develop and improve recruitment strategies for diverse candidates.
• Maintain and update job postings and recruitment materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance recruitment content.
• Manage applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics.
• Support credentialed staff recruitment and program needs.
• Attend recruitment events, including evenings/weekends.
