Primary Job Responsibilities:
Education and Training Support: Supports departmental staff to facilitate educational programming including clinical orientation, American Heart Association programs, in-service education, and maintenance of programming. Coordinates the administration of academic student management. Assures that the planning and event coordination are completed according to the established timeline and schedule.
Learning Management System (LMS): Provides coordination of course programming, data management, outcome reporting, and maintenance of the learning management system timely offerings. Develops and formats course content for uploading. Analyzes reports. Collaborates with Human Resource LMS System Administrator to assure consistent and timely customer service, and to seek strategies to maximize the LMS for clinical staff.
Business Intelligence and Analytics:Assists the Clinical Education Staff to provide learner outcome data of educational programs in order to evaluate programming. Collaborates with Human Resources to ensure data integrity. Provides reports according to established audit schedule. Maintains financial records of expenses for cost centers.
Research Data Analysis: Supports evidence based and research projects by translating raw data into usable format for statistical analysis. Assists with data management.
Magnet Designation: Supports the Shared Governance Structure and Nursing Excellence initiatives for Magnet Designation. Supports the Nursing Organization with required documentation from meetings and initiatives; maintains documentation. Assists with data management.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate Degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience office management, health related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with databases, analytical tools and software.
