Job Requirements

• Provide classroom and educational support services to students in the Therapeutic Program under the supervision of the special education classroom teacher for the 2026-27 school year.
• Associates Degree or higher; or completion of ParaPro Testing
• Experience and/or education working with children with special needs, preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively with classroom teacher(s)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to student success.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Track record of professionalism and effective collaboration in the workplace.
• Status: 32.5 Hours Weekly
• Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, in accordance with the Gloucester Public Schools ESP salary schedule. Salary Range - $29,355.00 to $35,535.00
