Gloucester Public Schools System, at O'Maley Innovation Middle School in Gloucester, MA, is hiring an Education Support Professional for the Therapeutic Program. Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher; or completion of ParaPro Testing.
• Experience and/or education working with children with special needs, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and educational support services to students in the Therapeutic Program under the supervision of the special education classroom teacher for the 2026-27 school year.
• Assist with instruction and behavioral supports as needed.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher and support staff to implement accommodations.
• Maintain professionalism and effective collaboration in the workplace.
