Responsibilities

• Support ISP and customers via phone, email, web portal, ticketing system, and chat while meeting service levels.
• Assist entering orders and related tasks during peak times to support customers.
• Liaise between ISP/Customer and Order Entry/Shared Services to ensure timely responses.
• Escalate issues with complete information to senior team members as needed.
