Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an Education Supervisor to lead the Medical Assisting and Patient Care Technician programs at our Paramus campus. You will supervise faculty, recruit and train staff, and ensure high student satisfaction and retention.

Full-time, Monday–Friday days with two evening shifts. We value collaboration, growth, and commitment to hands-on career training in healthcare. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience.
• Education Management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years of teaching experience.
• 1+ year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program
