Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Medical Assisting Instructor in East Windsor, Connecticut. This part-time educator will teach Medical Assisting classes, provide hands-on skills training in a modern lab, and prepare students for the RMA exam. A strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and student progress will guide daily duties.

No teaching experience is required, and Lincoln Tech provides comprehensive training and support to help new instructors transition smoothly into the educator role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience.
• RMA or CMA preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach Medical Assisting classes using Lincoln Tech's curricula.
• Provide hands-on Medical Assisting skills training in the lab.
• Prepare students to take the RMA exam offered by AMT.
• Instruct students about safety and compliance.
• Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Support and communicate progress with students.
• Lead a motivating and engaging class in a positive setting.
• Prepare students for a successful career in their field.
