Job summary

Handshake is seeking a Relationship Manager for our Education Success Team. You will ensure education partners are healthy, happy, successful, and retained, building repeatable engagement tactics across partner teams.

You will report to the Manager of Education Success and collaborate with customer support, sales, product and marketing to deliver a world-class experience and drive renewals and expansions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Success experience.
• Proven SaaS experience and ability to learn tech stack.
• Experience managing a large book of business.
• Strong communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships with education partners.
• Drive engagement through webinars, emails, and product hooks.
• Ensure successful implementation and high renewal rates.
• Track health assessments and data-driven account health.
• Collaborate across teams to meet partner needs.
• Support onboarding, training webinars, and program execution.
• Develop scalable processes for a large partner portfolio.
