Job summary

GFF, an architectural practice with offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin, is seeking a Project Leader (Architect) for its Education Studio. You will lead design phases from concept to completion and mentor a team of architects and draftspeople.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a professional registration, and strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; you will collaborate with engineers, clients, and construction managers to deliver complex educational projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design phases from concept to completion per client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and clients for seamless project execution.
• Develop design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage a team of architects and draftspeople, promoting innovation and excellence.
• Oversee preparation of architectural documents and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Foster client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction with project outcomes.
