Job summary

GFF is seeking a highly skilled Project Leader (Architect) to guide the Education Studio in delivering innovative, design-forward solutions. You will lead the architecture from concept to completion, coordinating with engineers, managers, and clients to ensure project success and compliance.

The role requires 8+ years of architecture experience, strong leadership, and expertise in K-12 or higher education projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional architecture experience with project leadership.
• K-12 and/or Higher Education experience required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design phases from concept to completion, meeting client specs and codes.
• Collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and clients.
• Develop proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Mentor architects and drafter team, promoting innovation.
• Oversee architectural documents and industry standards.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
