Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience leading Civic/Municipal/Cultural projects.
• Professional registration required.
• Experience coordinating consultant engineers.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural design phases from concept to completion, ensuring client specifications and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and clients to facilitate project execution.
• Develop design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of architects and drafters, promoting innovation and excellence.
• Oversee preparation of architectural documents and adherence to industry standards.
